Just try out out if it is well-matched with the device you intend to use it with before you buy it. Despite the claim that it is Mac well-matched. The claim is only partly true. It DOES NOT work with older Macs with Motorola chips. It does not matter what the in commission logic is, Tiger, Panther or Leopard. If it is a motorola-based Mac, it won't work. Citations for macs is skimpy. I have no encounter with it on newer Intel-based Macs. It work flawlessly with computers running Windows 7 without installing drivers from the accompanying CD. Very good product overall.
